Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in daily food preparation and item dating.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by management.
• Cook and prepare foods per recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portioning when serving.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Sample all items before serving customers.
• Report any quality issues to management.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and handle feedback with a positive attitude.
• Keep work area clean and sanitized.
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Support concessions, catering, and events as required.
