Sodexo seeks a Food Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to oversee daily food operations on-site, coordinating service staff across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias and events. You’ll work under management to ensure quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1+ years in related work and supervisory experience; a team-oriented, reliable candidate who can foster a safe, productive dining environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
