AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately fill the position of Part-time Cafeteria Supervisor. This role involves working 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, with no weekends or holidays, and summers off.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee front and back-end food preparation for daily lunch service.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for the POS system and handle cash drawers.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork and manage supply orders.
• Manage a team of part-time staff and parent volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and food policies.
• Report issues related to customer service, cleanliness, safety, or security to management.
• Obtain or hold a Serv-Safe food handler certification.
• Maintain grooming and appearance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Previous culinary or food service experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership experience in a team setting.
• Physical ability to move, bend, lift, and stand frequently.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and 30 pounds occasionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
