Trinity Services Group seeks a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations at Caldwell County Jail in Lenoir, NC. You will prepare and serve meals following menus, supervise a team, and report to a Food Service Director, working on site inside a jail/correctional facility.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, is 21+, and preferably holds prior institutional food service experience. Comprehensive benefits and a clear career path are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 21 years old.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food and portion servings to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
