Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and procedures.
• Cook using kitchen utensils and equipment following recipes.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Handle lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Stand for most of the scheduled shift and perform other duties as assigned.
