Trinity Services Group in Pahrump, NV is seeking a Food Service Supervisor (Shift Supervisor) to prepare and serve a variety of items inside a jail facility. You will lead inmate labor and kitchen staff during meals and coordinate with the Food Service Director.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 18, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods. On-site work and comprehensive benefits are provided, including paid training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and/or team members in the kitchen during food prep and service.
• Assist in the preparation of a variety of food items following recipes and standards.
• Follow facility housekeeping and safety practices in meal prep and serving.
• Other duties as required by the facility.
