Global Partners is looking for a Food Service Supervisor / Deli Lead. The Fresh Food Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising all activities in the deli and food service department, including personnel, to meet merchandising, sales, and guest service goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage department staff, meet goals, and communicate with management
• Hire, onboard, and coach team members
• Schedule staff shifts
• Assist guests with product information, sampling, and express gratitude
• Take and fulfill guest orders satisfactorily
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Order supplies and maintain proper stock levels
• Oversee food preparation and merchandising of deli items
• Follow recipes and rotate products for quality and safety
• Receive and organize merchandise and supplies
• Conduct inventory counts and complete paperwork accurately
• Handle cash register transactions correctly
• Monitor product pricing, signage, and placement
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Ensure safety procedures are followed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
