Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff work schedules and production packets.
• Direct daily activities and supervise food service workers.
• Ensure food production meets safety and quality standards.
• Store food items safely and maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Serve items per menu specifications following Aramark policies.
• Maintain sanitary department per health codes and regulations.
• Keep weekly inventory and recordkeeping up to date.
• Prepare orders to support accurate location production.
• Coach and mentor staff to promote growth and teamwork.
• Ensure a safe working environment and attend meetings.
• Maintain daily catering event knowledge and timely preparation.
• Occasionally cover shifts, including nights and weekends.
