Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce, maintain work schedules and packets for production.
• Direct daily activities and supervise staff.
• Ensure food safety and quality per policies.
• Store food safely and organize environments.
• Maintain serving schedules and menu compliance.
• Oversee inventory on a weekly basis.
• Mentor and develop staff; promote teamwork.
• Perform occasional cashier duties as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and communicate across teams.
• Promote good public relations.
