• Produce and maintain work schedules and production packets as needed.
• Direct daily activities and supervise staff.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and policy compliance.
• Maintain safe, organized storage and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas.
• Oversee inventory and weekly records; assist with orders.
• Train/mentor staff and promote teamwork and morale.
