Job summary

Aramark at Watt Olympic Sports Bistro, Clemson University, Clemson, SC, is seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor to oversee staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality of food offerings on-site. This role partners with a manager to maintain service standards and supports daily operations and catering events.

You will help train staff, manage inventories, and uphold Aramark policies while fostering teamwork and a positive dining experience for guests and students.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Ability to operate an efficient cost-effective program.
• Strong organizational skills and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production packets.
• Direct daily activities of staff and ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain inventory and prepare orders as needed.
• Supervise and evaluate employees, promote growth, morale, and teamwork.
• Train and mentor other food service workers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety logs and health codes.
• Support catering events and communicate with staff.
