Job summary

Aramark is seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor at our Pembroke, NC location. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and ensure food safety and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a manager to oversee operations, manage schedules, mentor teammates, and help prepare for catering events, while maintaining safe, organized meal production and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a food service team.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and production sheets.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain staff work schedules and production packets.
• Direct daily activities and supervise employees.
• Maintain food safety and quality per policies, procedures, and department requirements.
• Store food items safely and organize storage areas.
• Ensure servings follow menu specifications and remain within safety guidelines.
• Maintain sanitary standards and health code compliance.
• Track weekly inventory and assist with orders as needed.
• Mentor and develop staff; promote teamwork and morale.
• Prepare for catering events and ensure on-time delivery.
• Train staff and maintain equipment maintenance logs.
• Complete food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions when needed.
