You will oversee staff, manage scheduling, ensure dietary compliance, and drive staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years as a Food Service Worker or equivalent production experience and an Associate degree in food production/food service.
• Three years of paid experience in food production and/or service and completion of a Certified Dietary Manager course.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training in an institutional setting preparing specialized therapeutic diets or related coursework.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise food preparation, service, inventory control, and sanitation.
• Coordinate staff tasks, evaluate performance, and provide training to food service workers and cooks.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements, follow recipes, and are served at proper temperatures.
• Review staffing needs, set priorities, and develop schedules.
• Requisition, receive, store, and track food and equipment to meet operations.
• Address employee concerns and support a positive working environment.
