Job Description

We are hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You will work alongside a manager to coordinate and oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. This role offers growth opportunities and a chance to pursue your passion within a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Produce and maintain work schedules, and prepare production packets (production sheets and recipes).
  2. Direct daily activities and maintain food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
  3. Ensure safe and organized storage of food items.
  4. Maintain serving schedules and ensure food is served per menu specifications following Aramark policies.
  5. Maintain a sanitary environment, complying with health and safety codes.
  6. Keep accurate weekly inventory records.
  7. Prepare orders as needed to ensure accurate production.
  8. Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
  9. Maintain a safe working environment and train/mentor staff.
  10. Keep logs on equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions.
  11. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
  12. Handle multiple tasks proficiently and perform other duties as assigned.
  13. Fill in for absent employees when necessary.
  14. Coordinate with catering events, ensure timely preparation and delivery, including occasional night and weekend events.
  15. Attend staff meetings and maintain communication via various channels.
  16. Perform cashier duties if needed and promote good public relations.
