Time to step up your career! We’re hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You’ll work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. Job Responsibilities
  1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production sheets and recipes.
  2. Direct daily activities and maintain food safety and quality in accordance with policies, procedures, and department requirements.
  3. Ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free storage of food items.
  4. Maintain serving schedules; ensure food is served per menu specifications following company policies.
  5. Uphold a sanitary environment complying with health and safety codes.
  6. Maintain accurate weekly inventory and prepare orders as needed.
  7. Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
  8. Ensure a safe working environment and train/mentor staff.
  9. Keep logs of maintenance and food safety/temperature checks; perform preventative maintenance.
  10. Recommend equipment replacements to meet facility needs.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
  12. Fill in for absent employees when necessary.
  13. Stay informed about catering events and ensure timely preparation and delivery.
  14. Work occasional nights and weekends for catered events.
  15. Attend staff meetings, communicate effectively, and perform cashier duties if needed.
  16. Promote good public relations.
