Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor during food prep and service shifts.
• Prepare, assist, or instruct inmate labor in producing quality foods per recipes.
• Ensure all food is stored properly and maintained sanitary.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules according to policies.
• Utilize kitchen equipment to cook and serve food per recipes and nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Maintain a clean work area and equipment.
• Follow facility uniform policy and safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
