Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of foods, maintain sanitary storage, and ensure meals meet nutritional and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong teamwork, multitasking, and adherence to food safety rules. Prior institutional food service experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Institutional food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and team members in kitchen during food prep and service shifts.
• Prepare and assist in preparing quality foods according to menus and recipes.
• Ensure food is stored properly and in sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and policies.
• Follow food safety regulations for sanitation, handling and storage.
