Sodexo at The College of New Jersey is seeking a Food Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations across fast casual, coffee, cafeterias, and events. You will support management on-site, supervise service staff, and help ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction during varied shifts.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, supervisory preference, and a team-oriented, adaptable approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
