Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations at Marquette University in Milwaukee, coordinating shifts across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

The role requires 1+ years of related experience with supervisory preference. You will lead a team, ensure a safe working environment, and strive for high-quality service for students and guests.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
