Qualifications

• Familiarity with OSHA food safety standards and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Teach, train, mentor and supervise offenders in a large prison kitchen and food service operation.
• Ensure operations follow food safety regulations and established standards.
• Maintain safety and security guidelines within the correctional environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
