Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker in Florida to supervise inmates, train staff, and coordinate meal production in a correctional facility. You will ensure meals follow production plans, uphold sanitation, and maintain personal safety per standards.

You will review logs, assign tasks, monitor portions and dietary needs, and enforce security and PPE procedures. A background in food prep and supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of food prep or related work preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Train workers in duties and coordinate work to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain sanitation and safety according to standards; review logs and production plans.
