ServiceSource is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee daily operations 365 days a year, ensuring safety, sanitation, and top-tier customer service. You will coach staff, lead pre-service meetings, and step in as Project Manager when needed to maintain contract standards.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervising 5–10 staff, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including late night shifts. ServSafe certification is required within 30 days of hire.

This is a mission-critical operation that runs 365 days a year, 24/7, including nights until 2 a.m., weekends, and holidays. This means that even when the base is closed, our operation must remain open. Work under the direction of the Project Manager. Assist Project Manager in planning, creating processes and procedures, and customer service relations. Responsible for coaching and solving issues and concerns. Encourage and support employees to ensure they are meeting all company, Sodexo, and Marine standards. Hold daily huddles to go over toolboxes, drills, initiate training, safety, sanitation, and quality control programs. Ensure all employees meet and exceed contract requirements for QAE, customer service (5 Star), safety, cleaning, food serving, and sanitation. Perform duties as Project Manager in their absence.
