Job summary

The University of Iowa Health Care department of Food & Nutrition Services is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to supervise the performance of general service staff in designated areas, and enforces departmental work guidelines and policies/procedures. Regular salaried position located in Iowa City, IA with a 100% time commitment.

Schedule is 12:00pm - 8:30pm, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent and two years of directly related food distribution experience.
• Or any equivalent combination of post high school education and experience providing a knowledge or background in institutional food service distribution.
• Successful candidates will be required to self-disclose any conviction history and will be subject to a criminal background check.
