Overview

The Supervisor oversees daily Food Service operations, managing assigned duties and ensuring quality customer service at all times. Knowledge of all job aspects and willingness to learn are essential.

Role Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in food services or related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience supervising or leading teams.
• Knowledge of Tri-Service Standards (Sanitation and Medical standards).
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Fluent in English, with good communication skills.
• Ability to rotate work hours to observe all shifts weekly.
• Appropriate interaction with customers and team members.
• Meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s).
• Ability to pass background screenings as required.

Compensation

Hourly range: $23.27 - $24.50.

Physical Requirements

May involve travel, working indoors, handling chemicals, and working various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include bending, walking, climbing, reaching, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
