Pay Range: $20.00/hr - $20.25/hr
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of employees to ensure safe and effective operations.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies, including disciplinary actions and diversity initiatives.
- Manage shift schedules, including workstation assignments, employee training, vacations, and breaks.
- Communicate with management regarding issues and conduct shift meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll and shift paperwork.
- Perform passenger assistance duties, including support for passengers with special needs, ticketing, boarding, baggage, and resolving complaints.
Prerequisites
- Must be an in-state resident with a valid MN Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Complete ramp and SIDA training for airport security clearance.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of two years relevant experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong work ethic, and teamwork ability.
- Proficient in typing and computer use, with ability to learn ticketing procedures.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED; four or more years of relevant experience.
- Effective communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Ability to resolve employee conflicts and apply creative solutions.
Work Conditions
- Flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, exposure to noise, fumes, and dust.
- Physical ability to lift/carry/push/pull items over 70 pounds and perform physical tasks regularly.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise Customer Service Agents and Leads.
