About This Position

The Food Service Supervisor supervises inmate labor and team members assisting with food service in a correctional facility. Responsibilities include preparing and serving various foods according to menus and work instructions, and utilizing food prep utensils and machines.

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment

This role involves physical activity, including lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements
