Job description

Growing Hospitality Services provider seeks a hands-on Food Service Fulfilment Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Direct involvement in all new, existing, and future cargo customer catering/service requests provided by existing & new cargo channel clients.
• Make arrangements with all cargo customers and Guest Services regarding all service needs.
• Review and manage cargo customer orders on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Coordinate logistics team members for delivery/fulfillment.
• Train and promote best-in-class service procedures to team members.
• Follow all cargo customer production, quality, packaging, and logistics SOPs.
• Address, resolve, and document service issues with customers.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with current clients.
• Engage with existing & potential clients on site.
• Manage airport badging for employees, including renewals, lost badges, onboarding, and terminations.
• Report and resolve fleet issues.
• Maintain international trash logs.
• Design and implement training on compliance requirements.
• Create and manage logistics schedules.
• Communicate potential delays to customers and find solutions.
• Develop routing strategies for logistics support.
• Maintain contact with logistic team members to ensure service levels.
• Ensure safety equipment presence in all vehicles.
• Maintain vendor relationships.
• Manage all sundry items supporting cargo requests, including ordering and inventory.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years managerial experience in food logistics, warehouse distribution, or food service environment.
• Strong communication skills with customer service & operations management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Clean background for airport badging.
• Flexible schedule.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Satisfactory driving record & valid license.
• Pass background check & drug screen.
