Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist with meal preparation, maintain records, and support daily reporting. You will help ensure quality, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen while following department policies and procedures.

The role includes serving meals, managing storage, and coordinating with the manager for daily menus. Candidate must be able to work quickly under pressure, read and follow instructions, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifikationen

• Food Service Certificate as needed.
• Read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal.
• Ensure storage of food in a sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and policies.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Timely preparation of a variety of food items and beverages.
• Add garnishments to enhance appearance and customer happiness.
• Coordinate and assist in cleaning refrigerators and equipment.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
• Follow the uniform policy.
• Communicate with Manager daily for the day’s menu.
• Supervise food temperature requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work/storage area.
• Scrub and sanitize counters and equipment; perform ware washing.
• Maintain a neat garbage collection area.
• Perform other duties as assigned in the kitchen.
• Role may involve lifting, bending, and extended walking/standing; PPE may be required.
