Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Worker to prepare and serve meals inside a jail/correctional facility. The role reports to a Food Service Director and is located on-site. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to food safety standards, and flexible, efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Preferred: Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods per menu, recipes and work instructions.
• Keep a neat, sanitary workstation; handle trash and cleaning.
• Serve food per schedules and procedures.
• Cook with kitchen utensils per recipes.
• Follow food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
• Perform routine kitchen tasks; stay organized.
• Stand and lift; work for extended shifts.
• Other duties as needed.
