Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Food Service Worker for a full-time on-site role at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, NC. The position requires prior food service and food prep experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Responsibilities

• Prepares, serves and presents food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator following safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment.
• Adheres to approved recipes and production standards for quality and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and resolves concerns with supervision.
