Job summary

TRDI is seeking a Food Service Worker in Grand Forks, ND to assist in food preparation and serving across the property. You will set up stations, wash dishes, and ensure clean, safe work areas while interacting with customers.

Responsibilities include handling hot/cold foods, stocking supplies, and following all safety rules. A ServSafe certification and HS diploma or GED are required, with a flexible schedule and security clearance as part of eligibility.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant food service experience.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification required.
• Commercial cooking experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must obtain and maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Wipe and sanitize work tables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Operate kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, cut, grind and season foods.
• Assist in hot/cold food preparation and proper storage.
• Inspect stations for service standards compliance.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads and condiments.
• Stock service area and brew coffee/tea.
• Adhere to safety and OSHA/DOD requirements and learn APP.
