Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment.
• Ability to follow all food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in multiple temperatures during the day.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Set up food service, kitchen, prep stations, and equipment for the business day.
• Prepare or assist in the preparation of hot and cold food items.
• Ensure utensils, napkins, and condiments are available.
• Check food temperatures and follow safety guidelines.
• Check cold case temperatures regularly.
• Inspect products for quality and label status; remove outdated items.
• Take orders and serve items per customer requests.
• Clean and maintain work areas, including floors and equipment.
• Sort and dispose of garbage/compost properly.
• Provide guidance and training to other employees as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to management.
