Job summary

Unidine is hiring immediately for an on call Shift Supervisor at Interfaith Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY. Schedule varies with AM/PM shifts. Onsite parking, uniforms, and complimentary meals are provided. Pay is $25.00 to $27.00 per hour. Previous food service and supervisory experience is preferred, with training available.

You’ll direct associates on shift, train staff, and ensure quality, safety, and productivity while maintaining company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Food service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Willing to train!

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure assigned tasks meet policy and procedures.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and address high/low performers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
