Sodexo at Murray State University is hiring a Food Supervisor to oversee daily food-service operations across fast casual, coffee counters, cafeterias, events, and casual dining on campus. You will coordinate routine work activities, ensure safety, and support management with staff training and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication; previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and dedicated to a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site oversight of service employees in food operations.
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment throughout the facility.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time; perform other duties as required.
