Qualifications

• Prior food service leadership experience is required, preferably 1–3 years.

Responsabilités

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline underperforming staff.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
