Qualifications
- Prior experience in a food-service lead position, hospitality, or customer-service experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
- Act as contact person for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
- Mentor and develop employees, encouraging growth and advancement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
