Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with team members; flexible to work in other business areas.
• Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; uses handheld tech to support production, ordering, pick up orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others.
• Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocking and rotating merchandise; ensures quality and date control; reduces waste; assists members with purchases and resolves issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate; inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, team-oriented manner; helps identify roadblocks and assists in training.
