Job summary

Aramark is seeking a diligent Food Service Worker to assist the manager with meal preparation, maintain cash receipts, and complete daily reports. You will uphold high standards of quality, sanitation, and kitchen safety while supporting the team with various food production tasks.

Responsibilities include preparing meals per the plan, ensuring proper food storage, serving on schedule, and assisting in major cleaning and equipment care. The role may involve physical tasks and PPE usage as needed.

Qualifications

• Food Service Certificate as needed.
• Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal.
• Ensure storage of food in a sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and policies.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Timely preparation of a variety of food items and beverages.
• Add garnishments to enhance customer appeal.
• Coordinate and assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
• Follow uniform policy and daily menu prep with Manager guidance.
