Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Ensure storage of food in a sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to schedules and department policies and procedures.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in kitchen and equipment.
• Follow established cleanliness procedures and waste disposal standards.
• Coordinate and assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers and equipment.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, handling, and storage.
• Report to the Manager daily to understand and prepare the menu for the day.
• Supervise food temperature requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
• Wear uniforms and PPE as required.
