Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist the manager with food preparation, sanitation, and maintaining meal records. This role includes daily reporting, adherence to safety standards, and close coordination with the manager to prepare menus for the day.

The position involves handling kitchen equipment, ensuring proper food storage, and maintaining a clean work area in a fast-paced setting. Uniforms and PPE may be required.

Competenze

• Food Service Certificate as needed.
• Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure.

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is included in a meal and ensure accurate serving.
• Ensure storage of food in a sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and department policies.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Prepare a variety of food items, beverages, and garnishments to attract customers.
• Coordinate and assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
