Job summary

Hallmark Management Service is seeking full-time food service staff at our Jackson Center, OH location. You will prepare and serve meals according to our scratch-made recipes, complete production records, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen workspace.

You will support cooks and bakers with ingredients, follow health and sanitation guidelines, and uphold a customer-first attitude while contributing to a hospitable dining experience.

Job Related Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves food according to our company recipes and presentation standards
• Accurately completes productions records
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace storing, labeling and rotating product according to our standards
• Supports Cooks & Bakers with component ingredients for company recipes as assigned
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in our commercial production kitchen
• Exhibits a customer comes first attitude
