Hallmark Management Service in Buffalo, NY seeks an onsite kitchen team member focused on bakery prep and pastry decoration, ensuring accurate production and high quality menu items.

You'll maintain clean, organized workspaces, follow health and safety standards, and support the dining program with a customer-first attitude. Availability includes weekends with Friday and Saturdays off, Sunday shifts, and varying weekday hours.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates culinary knowledge and technique with an emphasis on bakery preparation both scratch and convenience as required
• Ability to use pastry bag for cake/dessert decorating to support menu and special event requirements
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace storing, labeling and rotating product according to our standards
• Provides quality menu items and food products through our company recipe and presentation standards
• Tastes food items to assure they meet our standards
• Accurately completes production records
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in our commercial production kitchen
• Exhibits a customer comes first attitude

Hallmark Management Service is an onsite food service management company providing residential dining service, catering, and retail operations at some locations. Our dining program specializes in made from scratch and made to order meals. Our customers will find a wide variety of fresh salads and soups, deli sandwiches, hot entrees, delicious sides, inspiring accompaniments, homemade desserts and more.
