Job summary

Hallmark Management Service is hiring for an onsite culinary professional to join our kitchen team. You will prepare scratch bakery items, decorate desserts, and ensure quality with our recipe standards. Ideal candidates have bakery experience, the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work well in a team.

We offer paid time off, holidays, 401K matching, and free meals while on shift. Schedule will be set with Friday & Saturdays OFF; Must be available Sunday 7a-6:30p.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates culinary knowledge and technique with emphasis on bakery preparation, scratch and convenience as required.
• Ability to use pastry bag for cake/dessert decorating to support menu and events.
• Maintains clean and organized workspace per standards.
• Provides quality menu items and food products through recipe and presentation standards.
• Tastes items to ensure standards are met.
• Accurately completes production records.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in a commercial kitchen.
• Exhibits customer-first attitude.
