CCV’s Food and Beverage Team seeks a Food Service Team Pastor to facilitate the mission within the Guest Services Department, covering holidays, weekdays, and weekends. You will recruit and oversee volunteers, manage the grill, and ensure service quality, safety, and hospitality on campus.

This role emphasizes training volunteers, maintaining equipment, and supporting church events while upholding CCV Core Values and guest experience standards.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months food industry experience required.
• Food Handler’s Card is necessary.
• Understanding of kitchen processes is a strong asset.
• Catering Experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and oversee volunteers as a high priority for Guest Services.
• Operate the outdoor grill according to CCV procedures.
• Train and monitor volunteers to maintain CCV standards.
• Train volunteers with proper techniques and health regulations.
• Operate POS systems and handle money.
• Maintain grill equipment and cleanliness.
• Support other ministry activities for church events.
• Ensure alignment with CCV Core Values.
