Elior Healthcare is seeking an experienced operation support manager to assist district managers by overseeing facilities across the United States. This traveling role supports Elior Healthcare accounts nationwide, ensuring policy adherence, top-tier service, and effective guidance to facility managers.

The position requires coordinating foodservice operations, leading teams, and maintaining clear communication with clients.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience coordinating foodservice operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated operation support manager to our healthcare team throughout the United States. As an operation support manager, you will have the opportunity to assist district managers with overseeing assigned facilities. This is a traveling position that would support Elior Healthcare accounts throughout the United States.

What you'll be doing:

• Actively supporting and applying all company and facility policies and procedures.
• Ensuring the highest quality of service to our customers and clients.
• Visiting and supporting assigned facilities as directed.
• Offering guidance to managers in the disciplines of operations, finances, human resources, and client relationships.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least two years’ experience coordinating foodservice operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-haves:

• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory or management role.

Compensation Range

Starting at $85,000 depending upon experience
