Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will lead a team to deliver a high-quality dining experience for customers, staff, and visitors at West Penn Hospital.

You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house operations, schedule and train dining room staff, and contribute to a positive work environment. Prior hospitality experience is valued, along with proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising multiple employees is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
• At least one year of customer service experience preferred.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking for a motivatedFood Service Supervisorto join our healthcare team inPittsburgh, PA. You will lead a energetic and willing staff of servers to ensure customers have the optimal dining experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Supervising the daily operations of the Front-of-house and Back-of-house.
• Scheduling, managing, and training dining room employees.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• At least one years’ experience in customer service.

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous hospitality management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines.
• Associate’s degree or higher.

Compensation Range:

• $50,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
