Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production packets.
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain safe, high-quality food production per policies.
• Ensure safe storage and hazard-free environment.
• Oversee serving schedules and menu adherence.
• Maintain health and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory on a weekly basis.
• Supervise and develop staff; mentor food service workers.
• Perform maintenance checks and preventive tasks.
