Job summary

HJ Staffing is hiring Food Service Workers for a healthcare facility in Savannah, GA. You will assist with food preparation, meal service, and sanitation in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts include 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with every other weekend required and rotating weekday shifts. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Standing/walking for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently.
• Comfortable working in a healthcare kitchen environment.
• Slip-resistant shoes required.
• Must pass criminal background screening and 10-panel drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion food items.
• Serve meals and assist on tray line/cafeteria line.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Wash dishes, sweep, mop, and remove trash.
• Push food carts and assist with kitchen operations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
