  • Knowledge of standard operating procedures to ensure policies are followed consistently with a positive attitude.

  • Knowledge of food products, storage requirements, and safe food handling practices.
  • Excellent time management skills to lead the team efficiently and serve guests promptly.
“Gauges” of Responsibility:
  • Prepare all Ramunto’s menu items safely and attractively.
  • Manage scheduling and staff operations, including being available for all shifts (most likely 9 am-9 pm, 7 days a week).
  • Work the front counter and prep areas alongside staff.
  • Order and organize supplies and stock.
  • Hire and train all employees, completing Ramunto’s offsite training prior to opening.
  • Maintain cleanliness, shop standards, and health code compliance.
  • Complete weekly cost counts and delegate shift duties.
  • Follow up on inspections and health department tasks.
  • Attend meetings and schedule staff for ServSafe training as needed.
  • Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Perform shift cash outs and complete reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, emails, and paperwork.

Additional Requirements:
