Qualifications

• No substitution for the required two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates or directs purchasing, food planning, preparation and serving; maintains inventory and sanitary standards.
• Prepares work schedules for employees and patients.
• Reviews menus, plans projected menus and interprets recipes and portion control.
• Conducts staff meetings and reviews operations.
• Maintains records and prepares reports.
• Analyzes food costs and assists with departmental budget issues.
